MAINTENANCE
We cover a vast array of planned maintenance visits from £50 individual once a year services on Split systems to £200 000 a year planned Heating & Ventilating Air Conditioning systems in a 9 storey office block. As well as air conditioning we service and maintain all mechanical equipment. We also maintain numerous shops, restaurants, public houses, offices, golf clubs, indoor bowls clubs and schools. During the last financial year 36 % of the turnover was on maintenance works.
REPAIRS
We have a wealth of experience in diagnosing and repairing all types of air conditioning systems, from VRV, VRF, & Split systems to traditional 4 pipe wet systems. We also repair fans, pumps, pressurisation units, air handling units & chillers. The value of repairs range from £50 to £14000.00 During the last financial year 18% of the turnover was on repair works.
NEW INSTALLATIONS
We predominately use Mitsubishi as our preferred manufacturer but would also use Daikin. We have experience in the supply and installation of split systems, multi systems, VRF & VRV systems. We cover the commercial and residential market. The value of contracts we have executed range from £2000 to £1.1million. During the last financial year 36% of our turnover was on new installations.
OTHER WORKS
We also carry out other works such as removal of refrigerant and removing redundant air conditioning equipment, re-locating air conditioning equipment, leak detection tests under Refcom regulations, installation of cellar coolers and repairs to other refrigeration appliances. During the last financial year 10% of our turnover was based upon other works.
